Terms
Upon registration, all identity fields must be completed accurately. Accounts with fake identity information will be terminated without refund. License Yard reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms without prior notice. The definitive version will be available on the official License Yard website, located at LicenseYard.com.
Refund Policy
If License Yard cannot resolve your issue, a full refund will be provided within one month of purchase. After one month, only the renewal fee and 25% of the license setup cost will be refunded. Server configuration costs and other non-refundable items will only be refunded as account credit if the configuration is incomplete.
Refunds for Any Reason
Refunds requested for any reason will incur a deduction for the setup fee and a refund extension fee. No refund fee applies if the service has been used for over a month. Refunds are issued only if the license has not been installed.
Disclaimer
Any form of communication that insults License Yard services, backers, or administrators is prohibited and may result in service termination without refund. While License Yard strives to provide superior service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Alternative methods will be provided in case of system closure, with special conditions based on the purchase duration.
Service Renewal
Users must renew their services before the due date. All renewals extend services for 30 days, regardless of the actual number of days. Late renewals will extend services for 30 days from the renewal date.
Debugging System
Tampering with files or attempting to debug the system will result in license suspension without refund.
Reseller Policy
Resellers must not sell system licenses instead of legal licenses. Violations will be addressed accordingly if reported by customers.
Support
Support is provided for servers with License Yard license systems installed, covering licensing system issues and primary software developer support. Initial support is free for one month after server configuration and delivery. Support tickets are answered during business hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Avoid sending consecutive tickets.
